THE OPPORTUNITY
To join the team in London as a recruitment consultant OR team leader.
Recruitment Consultant:
Actively sourcing and supplying blue collar workers from cleaners and groundworks, through to foreman and supervisors.
The business has a massive number of requirements to work on from day one, meaning you would be able to hit the ground running.
Using a host of recruitment tech, own employee database and ATS - as well as job fairs, collaboration across the prison service, ex-military, women in construction, homeless charities and more.
Team Leader:
In this role, you will be the number 2 to the manager – Taking responsibility for some junior team members, maintaining consistency levels are high, handling numerous responsibilities to allow the manager to handle other things.
All with the expectation to continue delivering on the vast number of roles in the business, alongside the team.
The role is all about PURE delivery into large scale projects.
NO SALES.
Progression opportunities across the business into various senior roles (leadership, operations etc).
THE BENEFITS
Recruitment Consultant: £28k - £35k (OTE: £31K – £41K)
Team Leader: £32k - £40k (OTE: £35K - £46K)

ABOUT YOU
Resource experience across blue collar recruitment is ideal, but will consider recruitment experience in a high volume industry.
You could be a resourcer, labour manager or 360 consultant - looking for a pure delivery focused role.
Organised and fast worker.
Desire for career growth and progression desirable.
Ideal role for someone looking to step into a fully delivery focused position away from a 360 sales role.
