THE OPPORTUNITY

A chance to join a successful agency as a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 12-Month FTC, servicing their UK, European and USA offices.

Handling day-to-day management of the TA team under you, weekly and monthly reviews with the team, regular communication with seniors to understand wants/needs within the business.

You will be actively headhunting candidates to place into teams and areas of the business to support the strong growth direction of the business.

As the TA Manager, you will also be handling relationships both internally (management, stakeholders, etc) and externally (Rec2Rec agency support, etc).
