THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining the head office team as part of the on-boarding/admin side.

The role consists of dealing with compliance, administration, right to work, training cards, qualifications and contracts.

With a large number of contract workers on site – you are the team to ensure all documentation is complete and up to date prior to work starting.

Full training will be provided and you will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams.

This role holds options for progression in team and across the support functions of the business.

SALARY

Salary up to £28k

ABOUT YOU

1+ year(s) experience within construction recruitment ideally. Resourcer or admin or recruitment related – looking to migrate into a position like this.

Understanding of site work and what it is like is ideal.

Nice telephone manor and patience with an eye for quality.
