Senior Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote

You will be supported and taught in detail about selling fixed priced and fixed outcome work, projects or statements of work that allow proper partnerships in hiring.
You would have warm accounts and managers to start and expand further into.
A specialised delivery team can source for you or, you can source yourself – you will not get penalised on commission for using the delivery teams. (You can just focus on client and account relationships).

Your Role:
Client Engagement: Manage and expand relationships within existing accounts, focusing on supplying roles such as engineers, developers, analysts, programmers, architects, and DevOps professionals.
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities within the established accounts, leveraging the extensive client network and drive growth.
Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with our dedicated delivery team to source top talent, allowing you to focus on client engagement and inner account business development.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Recruiters: Individuals with 3+ years in contract technology recruitment, preferably, who have successfully worked some time from home and demonstrated maturity and self-motivation.
High Achievers: Proven track record of good billing, with a drive to exceed targets and maximise earnings. Those who want to be developed into million pound+ billers.
Relationship Builders: Strong ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and expanding our presence within existing accounts.
