Join the business as a divisional leader to start up a brand new market with the opportunity to grow a team around you to drive forward business.

Ideal markets such as:

(Building services, supply chain, freight, logistics) – White collar, niche sector industries preferred.

Equity opportunity – all senior business members own the business – you will too. Sharing in company profits every year.

Have the support and guidance of the seniors in the business to help push the division forward, all while still having the autonomy and trust to run your diary, day and team how you feel works best.

You will use your experience and established network in your specialist field to gain new business, requirements and then work to actively fill the clients needs by finding the right candidates!

Setting up a division and getting your name out there will be key, but doing that with the backing of management and the business name that has a great and stable reputation will allow for a much stronger and efficient growth projection.

 

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary – Up to £45,000 (DOE).

+ Comms structure. (up to 35%)

+ Equity

ABOUT YOU

3+ Years recruitment experience is essential within your specialist market.

Must have the desire to want to build something for yourself, with the drive to grow a division and a team.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a global business.

Ideal role to take your recruitment career into the right direction with the right company.
