About the Role
This position is central to achieving business growth and operational excellence across Scotland. You'll oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Planning, agreeing, and delivering the annual budget to meet ambitious targets.

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing operations team, managing headcount, and driving development through objective setting and regular performance reviews.

  • Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and clients through senior-level networking and innovative solutions.

  • Driving advanced business development activities, from lead generation to contract negotiation and client start-ups.

  • Ensuring legal and contractual compliance on all projects, as well as optimizing internal processes for efficiency.

  • Managing key budgets related to training, transport, PPE, and other operational costs.
