The Opportunity

We’re expanding and looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with 1+ year of recruitment experience to join our team. This is your chance to manage a desk with the flexibility to focus on either our European or USA divisions—two dynamic, growing markets with excellent earning potential.

You’ll be working in a high-growth industry with no limits on your development. Whether you want to specialize in a niche area or manage larger, complex projects, we’ll give you the tools, training, and autonomy to shape your career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your own recruitment desk, developing relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Collaborate with an experienced team to identify and secure top talent for pharmaceutical companies.

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Support candidates through every step of the recruitment process, helping them achieve their career goals.
