THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join the business as a recruitment consultant working across the education market in either; Primary, Secondary or SEND teams.
This will involve sourcing and placing PERM, long-term, short-term and day-to-day supply in to schools across London and the South East.
You will be building strong relationships with both schools and teachers in order to make sure they are the perfect fit together.

Basic salary – Up to £40,000 (DOE).
+ Comms structure (No threshold, Up to 25%).

ABOUT YOU
1+ Years recruitment agency experience is essential, ideally within an education agency, however, the business will consider sector transition.
Proven ability to hit sales targets, win new business and strong relationship building.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a global business.
