THE OPPORTUNITY
Hiring recruitment consultants and a HEAD OF USA
Recruitment consultant:-
Mixture of filling roles from active and busy client base – as well as securing new opportunities.
Working together, plenty of split fees are done here as work is carried out collaboratively.
121 training and development – with progression options into senior leadership.
Head of USA:-
A strong senior experienced in USA hiring will have the opportunity to shape and grow a team in their own eyes.
If your aspirations are to create your own business and culture, this will be the route for you.
They have already developed the Australia market and have other business in group hiring into USA – so the overseas hiring experience is there within the business – someone to take charge is needed.

1+ years’ experience as a full 360 (agency side) white-collar construction recruitment consultant.
Desire for career growth and progression desirable.
