Position: Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Manufacturing Team
Location: Milton Keynes, Nottingham, or Flexible Remote
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 + Lucrative Commission Structure (up to 30%)

We’re expanding our Engineering & Manufacturing Division and looking for driven recruitment professionals to help grow this high-potential desk. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters in a collaborative, supportive team—no rigid KPIs here, just a focus on results and real career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruiting top engineering talent for both permanent and contract roles across industries like consumer electronics, aerospace, and automotive.

  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

  • Building your specialist network of highly skilled professionals, from R&D engineers to embedded software experts.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interviews to successful placements.

  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify business development opportunities.

  • Recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles.
