What You’ll Be Doing
Take Ownership: Build your own client base across the UK, Europe, or USA markets, supported by a strong brand and resources.
Focus on Growth: Begin with a few roles to get you started, but the goal is to scale your own desk and create a thriving business unit.
Freedom & Autonomy: No restrictive verticals—work within any tech area you choose. No micromanagement or rigid KPIs.
Grow Your Team (If You Want): With our expansion plans, resourcers will be made available to you as your desk grows. Prefer to work solo? No problem. It’s your choice!
Unlimited Progression: With aggressive growth plans, there’s ample opportunity to take on leadership roles or expand into new markets.
What’s in It for You?
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic.
Uncapped Commission: Earn between 10%-25% of revenue.
Bill £10k/month = £2,500 commission.
Bill £20k/month = £5,000 commission.
Fully Remote Working: Work from anywhere.
Annual Malta Workcation: Two weeks in our Malta HQ, with travel and accommodation fully paid.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruitment. If you have at least 2+ years of 360 IT/Tech recruitment experience and have a track record of billing £130k+ annually, you’ll fit right in.
