THE OPPORTUNITY
To take charge of the nursery (early years) division.
Already thriving and grown well as the newest company division (three years) with established clients, small and larger nursery groups.
Currenlty being ran by the primary team as an additional focus it is time for someone to take control of this as its own division.
All marketing, branding and desk in place – set to generate £175,000 as it currenlty is without any additional works.
The aim is to take charge and grow the team out with further team hires underneath you – building this to the same levels as the mainstream education business.
THE BENEFITS
£28,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
+ Commission structure
+ Annual target / Bonus target / Company target.

ABOUT YOU
2+ years’ experience within early years recruitment is essential.
Must have a proven track record in revenue generation and progression.
Very good work ethic and hard-working mentality.
Attitude is the most critical, being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
