THE OPPORTUNITY
Take charge of the care division.
An established database of carers and nurses, as well as a range of private care home clients and larger corporate PSL’s.
You will be able to hit the ground running establishing your desk and growing your team.
Leading the division you will gain additional responsibilities (management) and your salary will always reflect this and things grow out.
With the flexibility of remote working as well as HQ based in the Southwest - you have options for working style.
The role will be 360 recruitment.
THE BENEFITS
£30,000 - £45,000 basic salary

ABOUT YOU
2+ years an experienced and well-versed care recruitment consultant (private and corporate) NOT framework recruiters.
Experience within care recruitment sector is essential.
Desire for career growth and progression.
