THE OPPORTUNITY
A chance to join the business as a team leader across either; IT or Architecture.
In the team leader role, you will have a small team underneath you to immediately start to manage (with the view to increase your team headcount to 6 as fast as possible).
Come in-to the business and use your vast knowledge of either one of the above markets and use your experience to support the team, help develop their abilities.
While supporting and helping the team underneath you, there is the expectation of completing the full 360 lifecycle – Winning new business, actively headhunting candidates in order to service client requirements.
Due to the size and scale of the business, the growth and progression opportunities are there from day 1 to work towards and achieve (Become your own brand, directorship, relocations etc).
THE BENEFITS
Basic salary – Up to £40,000 (DOE) including car allowance
+ Car allowance (£5k per year)
+ Comms structure.
Hybrid flexibility available (1 day from home).

ABOUT YOU
2+ Years recruitment experience is essential within either IT or Architecture.
Must have the desire to want to build something for yourself, with the drive to grow a division and a team.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a global business.
