About the Role
This role is all about delivering operational excellence while driving growth and client satisfaction across a wide region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering annual budgets aligned with business goals.

  • Managing and mentoring a regional operations team, ensuring performance objectives and development plans are in place.

  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and networking.

  • Supporting business development efforts, including generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client onboarding.

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements across all projects.

  • Overseeing budgets related to training, PPE, transport, and other operational areas to ensure efficiency and cost control.
