A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Consultant with a background in finance recruitment to join their high-performing team in Hemel Hempstead.

The role focuses on national recruitment projects, with opportunities to expand into international recruitment for those with the capability and ambition to do so.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver recruitment assignments within the finance sector, matching top talent with leading roles.

  • Quickly adapt to the high volume of work in the practice and confidently take ownership of ongoing assignments.

  • Source, identify, and engage with top-tier candidates to meet client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and pursue growth opportunities within a warm client base.

  • Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for clients and candidates.

  • Provide strategic insights into market trends and candidate sourcing techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 2years’ experience in finance recruitment, with a proven ability to deliver results.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the finance sector and its unique challenges, especially in sourcing and attracting top talent.

  • Self-Starter: Confident and able to hit the ground running, managing a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision.

  • Relationship Builder: Skilled in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships.

  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable with national recruitment projects, with optional opportunities to take on international work.

  • Location: Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
