THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the business as either as;
Billing sales team leader OR Senior sales manager.
As a sales team leader, you will be working across the Data IT industry with 1 consultant underneath you.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to take a step in-to a leadership role and become accustomed with the responsibilities of a team manager.
Whilst overseeing the consultant (supporting them, development, hand holding etc), you will be pushing forward to source and secure new business requirements.
As a senior sales manager you will be working across Life Sciences within the UK and European regions.
With a team of 3-6 underneath you, this role entails supporting the team, making sure they are successfully completing tasks and dealing with any issues that may arise (along with development, training, team growth etc).
As a senior sales manager, you will still have the requirement to generate revenue – Win clients, service their requirements, push and drive the team/business forward with business development (within new and existing clients).
THE BENEFITS
Billing sales team leader – Up to £45,000 basic salary.
Senior sales manager – Up to £55,000 basic salary.

ABOUT YOU
For the Billing Sales Team Leader role, you must have 2+ years recruitment agency in a relevant STEM market.
For the Senior Sales Manager Role, you must have 3+ years recruitment agency experience, alongside proven experience of managing teams (3 people or more).
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
