THE BUSINESS

We are hiring on behalf of a global company with a legacy in recruitment.

With a national presence this position will look after central Scotland based out of Falkirk.

This arm of the business specialises primarily within - manufacturing, driving and logistics.

The business has one clear ethos, and that is being people orientated. Creating strong working relationships with clients and candidates has been the key to success within the team.

With the ever-changing dynamic across the recruitment industry, every member of the team is constantly working and developing to stay up to date with industry trends and specifications.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Regional sales leader (business development manager).

You will have the full marketing and delivery support of the national business for all small client business through to large scale hiring projects secured.

Your role is pure new business sales – using the extensive database (for lapsed clients) as well as generating new logos/client business.

This will cover both temp and perm business, and the delivery team will ensure a timely and quality service to the end client.

This role can be operated by visiting the office a couple of time a week only (to build the team relationships and discuss ongoing and new requirements).

With professional routes to National Sales Manager and beyond.

​ABOUT YOU

Experience as either a full 360 or sales focussed recruitment consultant (within – manufacturing, driving, logistics) or very similar.

Demonstrable client and sales wins.

Attitude is key – being motivated and driven with your work to achieve the best possible results.

Efficient with time management, communication and the day-to-day handling of your diary.
