An education recruitment agency specialising in Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across 12 offices throughout the UK.

With a vast wealth of market experience and knowledge, the business work with clients and candidates to find the perfect match from newly qualified teachers right up to headteachers within education settings.

The business prides itself on making sure all the consultants are well looked after in terms of packages (both monetary and benefits and wellbeing support.)

With designated teams throughout the business handling back office, payroll, CRM systems and candidate sourcing and sales teams.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the Sheffield team as the Team Manager overseeing 1 consultant (8 heads in the office overall including 5x billing consultants).

Tasked with developing your desk in either SEN or Secondary, whilst aiding and further developing the team under you, with the view to grow the team and bring in consultants as and when you need it.

Handling management meets with seniors, 1-2-1’s with the team, making team decisions and improving personally with manager courses.

This role can give you the chance to take your career to the next step – with clear and precise markers and objectives to move up the seniority ladder within the business.

You will have FULL autonomy and trust to run your desk and team how best works for you.
