Working across markets in; architecture, civil & structural engineering, building control & compliance, MEP design & sustainability, and surveying & project management.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity to join the business in a massive growth period as a full 360 white collar, recruitment consultant. With head offices in Ipswich, you can be office based, hybrid or options for experienced white collar recruiters to work on a more remote basis.

You will be working across one the companies core niches within the white collar market.

Tasked with new business development, client relationship building and servicing requirements via active headhunting tools and techniques.

You will have access to numerous tools such as LinkedIn recruiter and job boards to find suitable and relevant candidates to place in to roles with clients.

Joining the business at this point of growth offers you a great career pathway through to leadership, senior management and directorship (plans and pathway from day one).

Up to £50,000 basic salary

2+ years an experienced and well-versed white collar, recruitment consultant.

Recruitment experience within a built environment market is essential.

Organised and fast worker.
