THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining the team as Operations Manager, supplying blue collar construction workers to large local projects (such as EKFB) and other local sites/locations.
Building relationships with clients, growing accounts and looking at opportunities for extra growth in and outside client accounts.

Working closely with the recruitment team over labour supply and forecasts.

Supporting labour managers in the area as well as site support (trouble shooting, fire-fighting, site visits, PPE handling etc).

Progression routes into regional roles available.

 

Region will be across:

Milton Keynes, Bucks, Bicester, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead)

 

You will be remote and site based – so living around these areas is critical.

ABOUT YOU

2+ year(s) experience blue-collar recruitment within an agency.

Blue collar construction experience is essential for this role.
