THE OPPORTUNITY
To join one of the UK’s biggest brands for recruitment support as a recruitment consultant (PURE delivery – NO SALES) working on large scale projects delivering into the businesses academy programme.
This academy enables businesses to build talent and bridge skills gaps in their current workforce – hiring, training and deploying into businesses with the relevant skills and needs of the client.
Being well versed in active headhunting is key for this role – going out, finding the relevant candidates to build and grow into the projects.

THE BENEFITS
Basic salary – Up to £32,000 (DOE)
OTE - £38,000 to £45,000
+ Comms structure
Hybrid working (3 days WFH)

ABOUT YOU
1+ Years recruitment experience is essential, specifically across Tech or Engineering sectors of recruitment.
Active headhunting skills and experience is KEY – Must have a proven track record of sourcing and engaging with relevant talent.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a global business.
