THE OPPORTUNITY

This is chance to join the business as a recruitment manager:

PURE management of the contract/temp delivery team as well as the admin team for this division.

You will be tasked with leading and managing the contract/temp recruitment activity, ensuring consultants are on task and understand what their responsibilities are, whilst supporting and providing feedback, training and development.

As the recruitment manager, you will also be responsible for the admin functions, such as; contracts, referencing, compliance, travel management, recruitment support and more.

There will be elements of the role that require you to maintain and develop existing client relationships and trouble shoot any issues (Complaints, tough conversations, fire-fighting).

You would be working closely with the management team and line managers to make sure the team, yourself and entire business are on the same page and moving in the right direction – forward.

Running at 600-1,000 contractors – this is a busy and successful team of (18 total across recruitment and admin).

 

THE BENEFITS

Up to £48,000 basic salary.

Bonus set at £18k (Quarterly – based on company performance).

Further stretch target bonuses for additional earnings.

Relocation packages can be discussed if you are moving for this role.

 

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment agency experience is essential (5+ years).

Ideally, experience of managing teams across contract/temp recruitment.

Experience/Knowledge within engineering (mechanical/engineering/automotive) or IT would be preferential, but not essential.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.

A desire to grow within a business.
