We are hiring on behalf of a global company with a legacy in recruitment.
One of the UK’s leading agencies with a large high street network.
This arm of the business specialises primarily within – Business Professionals, Commercial & Social Work (public sector and local markets).
The business has one clear ethos, and that is being people orientated. Creating strong working relationships with clients and candidates has been the key to success within the team.
With the ever-changing dynamic across the recruitment industry, every member of the team is constantly working and developing to stay up to date with industry trends and specifications.
THE OPPORTUNITY
A senior leadership role as ‘sales director’.
The role is in place to drive sales strategy across the brand – designing and implementing new business directions as well as client retenders.
Regional sales managers as direct reports to assist in the sales growth.
Building out and developing the new sales dedicated team.
Deployment of Microsoft dynamics into the workplace.
Working closely with the branch network and D/C-suite level colleagues to maintain standards, direction and working culture.
With a range of opportunities across group for future progressional steps and challenges.
This role can be worked remotely but will require regular national travel.

Up to £100,000 basic salary

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment business orientated experience.
Experienced in leading and coaching sales teams and designing strategies.
Delivering business growth.
Understanding of commercial and corporate environments, to deliver for multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of staffing across (temp, perm, master vend, PSL).
