THE OPPORTUNITY

Enter the business as a senior trades and labour recruitment consultant across all things blue collar construction.

Working alongside a resourcer, you will have the run of the entire territory for the business.

Take full control of the region and run the desk how you see fit, with massive earning potentials and further rewards/benefits.

You will have a much larger focus on developing existing relationships and going out to win new business requirements in the Bristol region.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE)

Car allowance (£5,000)

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience is essential in construction (2+ years).

Driving license + Car are essential as you will be out on the road, visiting your key account clients.

A desire to bed yourself within the sector and want to succeed.

A desire to grow within a business.
